Hon. Vivienne Poy:

Honourable senators, I rise today to voice my objection to the inclusion of legislative measures in Bill C-50 that have no direct relationship to budget implementation.

 

Today, I will only speak to Part 6 of the bill, which deals with the amendments to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, which should be introduced as stand-alone legislation.
