The Liberal Senate Forum
Senator James Cowan has greatly influenced the educational and legal communities of Nova Scotia. He was appointed to the Senate on March 24, 2005 by the Rt. Hon. Paul Martin.

It is all well and good to say the bill will fix it. The bill will not fix it. They actually need the physical structure to create safe drinking water.
