APEC, as the honourable senatorknows, is an independent and non-political body. They have analyzed thisbudget, and it is their conclusion that PrinceEdward Island will lose $196 million over the next 20years.

 

Does the Government of Canada havean accurate figure to reassure Islanders it is correct? What is the correctfigure? Can the leader provide that information today?
