Hon. Catherine S. Callbeck:

Honourable senators, my question is to the Leader of the Government in the Senate. Canadians have lost confidence in this government because of its unwillingness to streamline the ministry. In the fiscal and economic update last week, the government spoke about restraint, belt-tightening and leading by example.
