Hon. Jane Cordy:

Honourable senators, the American Wind Energy Association conference was held in Chicago last week. Seventeen thousand delegates and several levels of government from around the world attended. Fifteen hundred industry booths were set up. Ontario had a booth and Quebec had an entire pavilion; yet, the Canadian government was absent. Could the Leader of the Government please tell this chamber where Canada was?
