Hon. Roméo Antonius Dallaire:

Honourable senators, my question is for the Leader of the Government in the Senate. I would like to continue the discussion we began yesterday, which was, unfortunately, interrupted because of the time.

Does the Prime Minister's Office have a policy to keep members of Parliament away while the government is announcing initiatives or projects that affect their ridings?
