Meet Senator

Francis Fox

The Hon. Francis  Fox, P.C., Q.C., B.A., LL.L., D.E.S., LL.M., M.A. As a cabinet minister Senator Francis Fox was responsible for the legislation proclaiming “O Canada” to be Canada’s national anthem. He was appointed to the Senate on August 29, 2005, by the Rt. Honourable Paul Martin and represents the province of Quebec and the Senatorial Division of Victoria.
